Summer Arts Registration

Registration will begin on Saturday, February 7, 2009 at the
Richmond Parents Camp Fair at the Tuckahoe YMCA, 9211 Patterson Avenue, Richmond, Virginia from 10:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

After that date, registration will continue by mail or in person (Monday through Friday) at Luther Memorial School. Written notification of registration for your requested camp session(s) will be mailed to you within two weeks.

Applications for new students must be accompanied by a copy of the applicant's birth certificate or other form of identification.

All changes in registration must be requested in writing and addressed to the Summer Programs Director by
May 1, 2009

Withdrawal from any session must be requested in writing and sent to the Summer Programs Director no later than
May 1, 2009. After this date, full tuition is due on the required dates.
There are no exceptions.

Financial Obligations

Tuition is due on the dates specified, or registration will be void.

No tuition-free days are allowed (i.e.: sick days, vacation days, etc.).

Luther Memorial School reserves the right to cancel any camp that does not have sufficient enrollment by
Friday, May 22, 2009.

The parent or guardian completing the application agrees to the following with regard to financial responsibility:
I agree to make tuition payments by the dates specified. If payment is not made on or before the due dates, Luther Memorial School shall have the right to legal action for collection of
tuition and extended day charges, and I will be responsible for all costs of collection including court expenses and reasonable attorney fees.
